Before you start#
Complete your invitation and sign in. Your administrator determines which areas are available. You do not need access to every module to begin your work.
Find your responsibilities#
Open My Hub to review the work and meetings visible to you. Open the original task, request or meeting before changing it. The overview helps you find work; the original record holds its details.
For assigned project work, check the owner, description and current status. Ask the project lead to clarify missing requirements before beginning. Read Project tasks when you need to create or assign work.
Review time and leave#
Use Samay to review attendance and leave. Confirm that your recorded working day is correct, including breaks and any unresolved exceptions.
- Read attendance before relying on time totals.
- Apply for leave to submit dates and follow the request's review.
- Coordinate any handover with your team; a submitted request is not the same as approved leave.
Find your pay information#
Open the payroll area and People to find the employee views available to you.
- Payslips: check the period and saved slip.
- Bank and payroll changes: understand what you can submit and what requires verification.
Read and discuss the work#
Use Documents for the material shared with you and WorxTalk for conversations. If a question concerns a task or document, include its reference so the next person can find the same context.
You can ask WorxAI about accessible work. Check the sources before relying on an answer.
Check your starting experience#
You should be able to identify your next work item, understand how to request leave, and find the person responsible for an access problem. If something is missing, report the exact page or record to your administrator. Do not assume that everyone in your department has identical permissions.
