Your invoice uses your agreed seat count, billing cycle and assigned rate card. Dated account offers appear as a separate discount. Confirm commercial terms with the team before changing seats.
Annual prices are monthly equivalents billed for twelve months. The cards show the full-year estimate for your selected team size.
New published rates apply to new organizations. Existing accounts keep their assigned rate card until an agreement is revised.
Your organization can have a monthly token allowance and temporary monthly top-ups. Availability depends on your plan, configured providers and permissions. Ask the team to confirm your allowance.
