Email templates and scheduling

Prepare email templates, choose recipients and schedule recurring messages. Review upcoming runs and delivery results through the authorized Email Scheduler.

When to use it

A practical example for your team

An administrator prepares a recurring reminder, checks the template and audience, sets its schedule and reviews the next run before inspecting the delivery results.

Illustrative workflow. Your setup, access and enabled features determine the available steps.

How email templates and scheduling works

  1. 1

    Prepare the message

Create or choose a template and review its subject, body and supported variables. Check the content for the intended audience before connecting it to a schedule.

  2. 2

    Configure the schedule

Choose the recipient scope, recurrence pattern and timing. Review the configured timezone and upcoming run; pause or cancel schedules when the communication is no longer needed.

  3. 3

    Review delivery

Inspect execution status and available delivery logs to identify failed or partial runs. Follow up on the configured email service when a message fails; scheduling alone does not guarantee delivery.
