A new employee opens the organization view from My Teams, follows the reporting structure and finds the relevant colleague's profile before starting a conversation.
Steps#

Start with your context
Open the organization view to understand where your team sits. The chart starts from the viewer's context and supports exploring the available hierarchy.

Choose a view
Use chart or outline navigation to inspect the organization. Department and team browsing remain available through My Teams.

Find the right person
Open an available employee profile when you need more context. Return to My Teams to continue coordinating the team's work.
