Steps#

1. Define the project

   Give the work a name, a purpose and a responsible team. Keep the project context accessible as the scope develops and more people contribute.

2. Break down delivery

   Connect stories and tasks to the larger project. Use owners and work status to make the next steps visible to the people doing the work.

3. Coordinate progress

   Bring project discussions, meetings and documents into the delivery workflow. Review the actual work items when a deadline, dependency or decision changes.
